Lip Reading Is HARD!!!

I've decided to learn how to lip read. So far I can see some sounds, but its pretty hard. I've been having my friend mouth words really slowly and then I have to guess what she said. Sometimes she does sentences, sometimes she does sounds, sometimes she does words, and sometimes she does letters. ITS SO FRICKIN HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have gotten better though... Does anyone have some tips that would help? That'd be great.... Thanks in advance, and bye for now.
